The iOS interface with the most enthusiasm around here seems to be the Korg PlugKey, I think largely because it has a convenient audio out with volume control. I mentioned this once before, but it was buried in a thread where perhaps many who might be interested wouldn't see it, and seeing that the topic just came up again, I thought I'd re-post this info more visibly, with some elaboration.
